Applicants are required to apply in person with the embassy of Sudan in London.

The Embassy inLondon issues single Entry only. Multiple entries can be obtained in Khartoum.

Tourist Visa:

1. Three application forms
2. Three photographs
3. One copy of the detailed page of the passport
4. Passport and fees are required when the approval is ready

Procedures take approx (2months)

Business Visa:
For NGO
Applicant should submit the letter of invitation from the NGO, and a copy of updated HAC certificate, (Humanitarian Aid Commission inSudan).

For Investment:
State Companies -letter of invitation are required.
Private sectors need an approval; the sponsor in Khartoum will approach the relevant authorities for approval.

Transit visa:
Not required to obtain a visa for transit passengers connecting and stay for a period of not more than (24 hours), which includes Aircraft crews and ships, that does not exceed the length of residence in the case of aircraft (72) hours - week for ships.

Fees:
Payable by postal order, company cheques or cash. Personal cheques not accepted.

Processing time:
Allow up to four weeks at least for processing the visa application.

Visa Validation:

1. Validity of visa is two moths from date of issue.
2. Period of stay is two months from date of entry to Sudan.
3. All entry visas are valid for single journey.
